I have confirmation from various sides now, in addition to my own tests:
The bulk message

does NOT work with the majority of devices. This one will work:
5553424312345678000000000000061b000000020000000000000000000000
I will try to avoid regressions in the new data package. So I decided
to use TWO messages for the devices where a special (working) message
is known. If the first one doesn't have any effect, the second one
will (hopefully) kick in.
For the ID 19d2:2000, I will use this configuration:
MessageContent="5553424312345678000000000000061b000000020000000000000000000000"
MessageContent2="55534243876543212000000080000c85010101180101010101000000000000"
NeedResponse=1
I very much hope this will close the case once and for all ...
