i've just uploaded boost 1.33.0-1 with nothing experimental.

this logger thing will go to a separate package. as martin suggested,
its versioning scheme will allow a smooth transition to the boost one
once the library is distributed within the boost source tree.

the only problem with such package is that it needs a working bjam
debian package. the current one is completely broken (#275597).
