For reference, here the change in 1:3.2.1-2:
* debian/smoketest/*, debian/rules: disable Database{Insert,Delete,Seek}
tests on armel. No regression. Base (still) unusable, though :/
* debian/rules, debian/control*in: disable Base and associated stuff for
armel (As Base is now gone this closes: #585829)
