That sounds good... but then we have a problem with the multiboot patch, which does not apply to 4.10, and seems to have broken 4.00. I must say I'm quite tempted to drop this patch, which obviously makes the package harder to maintain. Robert, do you have plans to update it ? I just sent a mail to upstream to get his opinion on this missing feature. I guess I should anyway switch the package to 3.0 (quilt) to make things easier. > > *** Enhancements in v4.10 : *** > > * New Features > o Added support for Core i7 Extreme CPU (32nm) > o Added support for Core i5/i3 (32 nm) > o Added support for Pentium Gxxxx (32 mn) > o Added support for Westmere-based Xeon > o Added preliminary support for Intel Sandy Bridge > o Added support for AMD 6-cores CPU > o Added detection for Intel 3200/3210 > o New installer for USB Key > * Bug Fixes > o Corrected a crash at startup > o Many others bug fixes > > Please update the package to the lastest upstream. > > -- System Information: > Debian Release: squeeze/sid > APT prefers testing > APT policy: (500, 'testing') > Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) > > Kernel: Linux 2.6.32.15 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) > Locale: LANG=pt_BR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=pt_BR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) > Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash > > Versions of packages memtest86+ depends on: > ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.32 Debian configuration management > sy > > memtest86+ recommends no packages. > > Versions of packages memtest86+ suggests: > pn grub2 | grub <none> (no description available) > pn hwtools <none> (no description available) > pn kernel-patch-badram <none> (no description available) > pn memtest86 <none> (no description available) > pn memtester <none> (no description available) > ii mtools 4.0.12-1 Tools for manipulating MSDOS > files > > -- debconf information excluded > -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
