*** Please type your report below this line *** Debian OO cannot open any XLSX (Ms Excel 2007) file. When calling 'oocalc Book1.xlsx' splashscreen starts, then it disappers and leaves in background process:: /usr/lib/openoffice/program/soffice.bin -calc Book1.xlsx -splash-pipe=5 Strace shows process hangs on some select(). When trying to open file from menu in running oocalc, it does not load (document stays empty) and toolbars and most of the menu is grayed-out (as if no document is loaded), window title says "Untitled". No error messages are printed. I was not able to open any XLSX document, very simple example is attached. All XLSX documents can be open without problem in OpenOffice 3.2.1 versions downloaded from openoffice.org - both Windows and Linux (DEB) versions.This problem occured at least in some Debian 3.2.X version of OpenOffice and after few package upgrades is still present.
