Anyway, it's always good to write something before doing much stuff and
sometimes even afterwards. But I guess the best way would have been to
simply add a lintian check for this and not start bug reporting at all;
as the builds do not fail because the | not+linux-gnu is ignored if the
first one is available (i.e. libgdu-dev | not+linux-gnu installs
libgdu-dev on all linux architectures [unless someone previously
installed typehandling]).
