Justification: renders package unusable
Installed the package using aptitude, started blueproximity as a regular
user. Program starts spitting out some messages after which it is just sitting
there doing nothing. No gui, no cli, nothing.

After installing librsvg2-common, a gui element appears. Probably needs a
depends on this package.
