Package: ampache
Version: 3.5.4-3
Severity: important

First Ampache's README.Debian.gz asks to make sure that the phpmyadmin
account and password are changed, because the default "root" and "" are
widely known. A few lines later it recommends(!) "root" and an empty
password string. The phpmyadmin postinst script refuses the empty
password unless you dig in some config files to reduce the security.
And then the procedure in README.Debian.gz fails to generate the user
"what ever you want" with an error message saying

#1396 - Operation CREATE USER failed for ''@'%'
The selected user was not found in the privilege table.
???

Regards

Harri
