Looks like an inkscape bug to me? inkscape shouldn't do that, should it? :) Actually I got already told months ago by the inkscape maintainer (Cced) that this would happen somewhen but newer saw it. Probably that breakage now got over from Ubuntu to Debian with the libc6 update?
