Package: html-helper-mode
Version: 3.0.4kilo-2
Severity: wishlist

When using html-helper-mode the message area is pummelled with
"Fontifying..." messages. This behavior is very annoying. I wish it
would not do this.

I list this as wishlist because I know that there isn't a current
upstream anymore and that the package is mostly working as it was
intended to be working. It would be unpleasant to maintain a long
list of patches and so I don't really expect this to be fixed unless a
new active upstream appears. But when I searched the BTS for
information I found it silent on this issue and wanted to change that
for others to find in the future.

For someone that just wants to fix the behavior they can make a local
copy of the file
  /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/html-helper-mode/html-helper-mode.el
and edit it to avoid emiting those "Fontifying..." messages.
