Honestly, have looked at these files? Yes, they are similar to the problematic logo, as they both contain the word "Debian" and the logo. But that doesn't make them a derivative of the problematic logo.
It's unlikely the upstream author drew the Debian text from scratch or used a DFSG-free text logo from somewhere in the web but if you think so then you may ask for a confirmation.
