Following up on the closed bug http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=544289 I found links/links2 still can't support UTF-8 properly. Test url: http://www.unics.uni-hannover.de/nhtcapri/multilingual1.html Tested with both links and links2, neither worked.
