dh-make-perl does not recognize the license statement inserted by
Dist::Zilla for the Artistic-2.0 license. Instead it thinks the license
used is the old Artistic license as used by perl.
Example: MooseX-FollowPBP-0.04 from CPAN. The following statement can
be found in lib/MooseX/FollowPBP.pm:
This software is Copyright (c) 2010 by Dave Rolsky.
This is free software, licensed under:
The Artistic License 2.0
META.(json|yml) also include "artistic_2" in the "license" field.
