Fine with me. Although I tried to find a mixture of Debian related and
unrelated text to give some example for either Debian and outsiders.
Maybe add them in README.Debian?

Well, basically it worked once I did it this way:
touch man/foo.pot
po4a -f po4a.cfg
If your way works as well, fine. I'll try that in my next upload
(though no ETA, I've completed all changes I intended for Squeeze).
