Hello!

I've gotten cadaver compiled and whatnot, but I have no WebDAV server
to test it against.  If someone would give me such access, I could test
netrw's cadaver support.  According to cadaver's documentation, its
supposed to look&feel like ftp; netrw.vim treats cadaver much like it does
ftp.
