This was supposed to have been fixed, but with 067 should not matter.
For 066 it would be a fatal error.

Interesting, but probably not relevant. Maybe a kernel bug.
Just to be sure, check with lspci what 0000:00:0e.0 is.

Are you sure that the device node is still not created?
