Seems not,
http://debian.simnet.is/debian/project/trace/speglar.simnet.is exists
while now debian.simnet.is is the mirror name.

I've noticed ftp.is (rhnet) admins again, hopefully you will be able to
be pushed from them..
If they cannot fix ftp/rsync, then you would become ftp.is and be pushed
from some debian.org machines (kassia.d.o or syncproxy3.eu.d.o).
I keep you informed.
