That is fine with me. Would you be happy, however, to document this in
the manpage of dh_autoreconf? Something like this, for example:

 dh_autoreconf is a superset of the autotools-dev debhelper addons, so
 you do not need --with=autotools_dev if you use --with=autoreconf. In
 fact, in most cases they should not be used together, as it may lead to
 unpredictable behaviour.

I thought it worth of mentioning because I understood that dh_autoreconf
and autotools_dev would complement each other rather than step on each
other's feet, so "dh --with autoreconf,autotools_dev $@" was an
instinctive thing for me to do.
