There are various license issues:
  - cows/apt.cow: GPL-only, but not mentioned anywhere.
  - cows/satanic.cow says: Artist unknown
  - cows/gnu.cow, cows/suse.cow: Say BSD, but not which one 
                                (and not listed in debian/copyright)
  - cows/small.cow: Artist unknown
  - cows/snowman.cow: CC-BY-SA not listed in copyright file
  - cows/sodomized.cow: Artist unknown
  - cows/supermilker.cow: Artist only probable, not verified.
  - cows/surgery.cow: Artist unknown
  - cows/telebears.cow: Artist unknown
  - cows/udder.cow: Artist unknown

All cows from unknown artists should probably be removed,
as there has not been any rights granted to them. For the
others, correct entries in debian/copyright must be added.
