Hi, I can confirm seeing this too. Seems that it's already known upstream: http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/linux-mtd/2010-July/031187.html but nobody has had the time to debug it further yet (myself included). I might try to find some a bit later though if nobody else gets to it first. Right now 20090606-1 is working fine for me though.
