Name : debian-india Rationale: After MiniDebConf India we as in debian community from India felt a need for a general purpose mailing list for everyone to be on the same platform and to build inter relations among the community . Hence we all discussed at the Yahoo groups( http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/DebianIndia/message/486 ) which previously was very inactive and finally have come to the conclusion that we would be requesting debian-india . We have consensus now on the mailing list request.
