Package: debiandoc-sgml Severity: normal When I am updating zh-cn translation of maint-guide, I found debiandoc-sgml assume zh_CN.GBK when I only specific -l zh_CN and my locale is zh_CN.UTF-8. This should be changed to zh_CN.UTF-8 by default since most Chinese user of GNU/Linux use zh_CN.UTF-8 as their locale.
