Hi Dann, Thank you for reporting this issue. I've been looking into this on paer, and am able get a clean build by simply commenting out the junitreport target in the ./build.xml file. It's only purpose is to format the output of build test results, and so I don't see how it's central to the Debian packaging. I have verified that the resulting HPPA package contains the JAR, ng-nailgun, and javadoc files as on other architectures. As for why this is failing on hppa but not other architectures, I'm still not sure about that, but suspect it's related to the differences between the JDKs being used - possibly something to do with Xalan 2.x vs. Xalan XSLTAC (see [0] if interested).
