Hi,

I took a closer look at that issue. The facts are (here on my laptop, running
i915 as told):

  * Running pm-suspend from a non-X vt doesn't change the vt
  * Running pm-suspend from the X vt changes the vt,
    - despite having all "chvt" calls in the /etc/pm/sleep.d/ directory
      commented
    - despite having dpkg-diverted /bin/chvt to /bin/chvt.distrib and removed
     /bin/chvt

So there is something 'outside' pm-utils that does the vt switch, when pm-
suspend is called within X. I'm using latest sid KDE.

So I could reassign that bug, but to which package ?

Cheers, OdyX
