Package: bridge-utils
Version: 1.4-5
Severity: normal

The package description talks about "Linux 2.4 or later", and at this
point Debian requires a 2.6 kernel, so you can drop the version
requirement.

Also, the description mentions Ethernet specifically, but in fact many
uses of bridges involve both Ethernet and other network devices, such as
tun/tap devices and/or virtual machine network devices. I don't think
"Ethernet" adds anything to the description.
