I request an adopter for the nusoap package. I have no longer a real interest in it, not using it so much myself. I'd be willing to co-maintain in the meantime if that's better for a new candidate. Note that the 0.9.5 packaging is ready and awaits upload to unstable very soon. The sources of the package are in git on alioth. The package description is: NuSOAP is a rewrite of SOAPx4.
