You are right, the version I send you is copied from a ppd ricoh protected from copyright :-[ ... but I've found codes "modifyable" and "copyable" having the same feature; for example this one: http://src.opensolaris.org/source/xref/sfw/usr/src/cmd/foomatic-ppd/foomatic-filters-ppds-20080818/share/ppd/Ricoh/Ricoh-Aficio_MP_4500-Postscript.ppd. The rows from 949 to 1122 are the target code you can insert in ghostpdf.ppd.
