I prefer to avoid alternatives unless they can be drop-in replacements
of each other. It’s better to focus on only one program and to ensure
that it’s integrated as much as it should.

That said, gthumb is not necessarily the best one. Does anyone on the
team has suggestions about which one is the best integrated and
maintained?
