Well, I can't say I wasn't warned, because the article I read said what it did (I was prepared for it to do that, but hoping it wouldn't, if that makes sense). But it might be a good idea. And it doesn't have to be for Squeeze. If I have time I can tinker with a debconf script myself for you to consider for later releases.
