Hey,

it seems that this bug is still present. I've checked that
“--attach-to-session” is present in the initramfs premount script (it
is), but after boot tty1 is still in echo mode. This is a security
issue, since password *will* be echoed to the terminal.

If you have any idea of fix I could try or need more info, please ask.
