Ah, funny, I didn't notice because I checked only the PTS overview which
apparently has hit a sluggish mirror wrt experimental. Anyhow, I've
checked now and I can indeed reproduce the problem with the experimental
package (which seems indeed to be bit-by-bit identical to the one I was
using).
