oh boy, do I feel like an idiot now... I found the problem, this should be moved to the debian-installer. I installed debian from a flash drive and the installer put the following into fstab.
/dev/sdb1 /media/cdrom0 udf,iso9660,user,noauto 0 0 <- "its where I installed it from.. but it's not a cdrom" /dev/scd0 /media/cdrom1 udf,iso9660,user,noauto 0 0 I guess I should of started looking in fstab.
