Yes, the source format 2.0 is documented in dpkg-source(1). It's also
said:

   Format: 2.0
       Also known as wig&pen. This format is not recommended for  wide-spread
       usage,  the format "3.0 (quilt)" replaces it.

When I document features, I mention all supported formats, I don't see why
I should hide it.

Shall we close the bug or did you see that warning and you still believe that
we should not mention 2.0 at all?
