I'm experiencing the same, even with 195.36. The displayed screen are from previous session (previous desktop images or stuff like that, actually pieces of them). Actually as I understood from forums, this issue is most related with KDM, rather than graphic card driver. I have another laptop with an ATI graphic card and it happens also there, but I solved it with the command " aticonfig --set-pcs-str=DDX,ForceXAA,TRUE". However I haven't found any solution for my laptop with NVIDIA graphic card yet.
