reopen 593224 thanks I'm afraid there has been a mistake with the French translation sent in this bug report.
This was the translation of the program's messages, to be put in po/, not the debconf translation to be put in debian/po. As a consequence......I'm pointing my Kalachnikow to you guys....:-) --
