In /etc/gforge/httpd.conf, I noticed :

Alias /fckeditor/ /usr/share/fckeditor/

Options Indexes MultiViews FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride None
Order allow,deny
allow from all
</Directory>
...
fckeditor doesn't seem to even be a dependency of that package.
This shouldn't be configured, then, IMHO.
