Package: apcupsd
Version: 3.14.8-2
Severity: normal

Few seconds after startup Apcupsd does non work correctly. I have just the time
to turn on the Gapcmon to see the ups's values.
After the crash is more difficoult to turn off Apcupsd. Sometimes is difficolt
with Kill too.
I think the crash is after the broadcas message (that appears in kde like
popup).
