Package: imageindex Version: 1.1-1 I used imageindex to make some html files around my jpeg files. It worked, but is not quite right. I pointed my browser (konqueror) at the index.html file, and clicked on the link called 'slideshow view (frames)' , it worked satisfactorily so far, the new view was divided into two panes. Then I clicked on the link called 'index' , this brought me back to the index page, however unfortunately the index page was then shown as one of two panes (the other pane still showing several thumbnail pictures.) I then clicked on the link called 'slideshow view (frames)' again, the resulting view was divided into three panes, the two on the left each showed the thumbnails, the pane on the right showed a picture correctly.
When I follow the link called index, I would like then to see the index page alone, without the left pane which shows thumb nails. I suggest that the perl code of imageindex should be corrected. A work around is, to right click on the pane which shows the index, and select 'Frame', then select 'Open in This Window' . I attach a list of some of the packages which I have installed, along with their versions. I attach a copy of my ~/.imageindexrc file. I observed the above bug with and without '$do_recurse = 1;' Best regards Richard Betham
