I'd just advice to not use the root dir of a partition for approx, why not create an "/approx/" directory there and point the program to that. Using root dir may be problematic in some other cases too, for example if you later want to use the BTRFS filesystem and utilize its snapshots, which look just like regular folders (in root dir, or somewhere below). -- With respect, Roman
