Package: emacs Version: 23.2+1-4 Severity: normal Hi,
Having updated emacs to v23.2+1-4, I lost the "send mail (with sendmail)" menu, but get a "send mail (with gnus message)" menu instead. As you might have guessed, it doesn't work for me. $ tail -1 /var/log/mail.log Sep 28 23:00:07 coral sm-msp-queue[5145]: o8SATjAs007592: to=root, ctladdr=root (0/0), delay=16:30:22, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=relay, pri=4530639, relay=[127.0.0.1] [127.0.0.1], dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred: Connection refused by [127.0.0.1] The sendmail has been working fine for me for over 10 years (despite some people hate it). I don't want to deal another MTA and figure out what's wrong with it, is it possible to get that sendmail menu back?
