However, there is one thing still missing to make it work. By adding that compile-time option, a new shared library is generated called libstrongswan-test-vectors.so. This is not being installed by the package. Easy fix though, just add this line to debian/libstrongswan.install usr/lib/ipsec/plugins/libstrongswan-test-vectors.so* usr/lib/ipsec/plugins/ micah --
