The issue at https://dev.openwrt.org/ticket/6192 seems to be identical.
Also, the patch/workaround there works here, too.
This breaks at least packages pyicqt and pyaimt.
we would have more bug reports if _ctypes would be broken. so please investigate
why it fails for you.
