This seem to be dependencies of the type "Enhances".
Despite being a mostly cosmetic issue, it's IMHO quite ugly thing which
should not happen in a stable release, so if there's a chance to fix
this for Squeeze (i.e. in the maintainer [and release team]'s opinion
not suitable for release...), please do so. :-)
