Package: licq
Version: 1.3.9-1
Severity: minor

The icq window always appears underneath all other windows, requiring all
applications to be minimized in order to access the icq window. Clicking on
licq in the taskbar, to bring licq forward does not work.

A workaround in icewm is to use the right click layer context menu to
make the window behave normally.
