netperf is not being considered by the buildds because while it's included in the non-free build whitelist, it's missing the XS-Autobuild control field. I'm uploading a NMU to DELAYED/2 to add it, and hopefully get release critical bug 575765 fixed in squeeze. Cheers, Julien
