Package: cpufrequtils Version: 004-2 Severity: important
Hello I've been facing some problems with cpufrequtils (automatically installed on Debian Lenny). The errors happens at system startup, and are related to the kernel module and governor (not available). The messages are: Loading cpufreq kernel modules... (None) CPUFreq Utilities: Setting ondemand governor CPUFreq... disabled, governor not available... done. I've tried to enable and disable some functions of the BIOS, such as hyper threading, ACPI 2.0 support, among others, but nothing worked. Also, tried installing on different architectures: amd64 and i386, but the problem persisted.
