I believe, you can close this bug as "NotABug" or something alike.
Though, I would
still prefer a comment added to fastcgi-php.conf file regarding
enabling fastcgi.conf
as a prerequisite.

Lighttpd is important to me as I prefer it over Apache and use it as my primary
webserver. I would like to help with fixing `lighty-enable-mod' which
will not happen
for squeeze. I will probably open a separate bug *with* patch later :)
