Let me clarify the situation a bit. There were four bugs which had
not been automatically marked as done at the upload of 0.2.24-1,
namely:
#389731 Missing rmail link
#409912 uucp should be set/considered as 'trusted'
#536060 Logging breaks after rotation
#584864 [INTL:es] Spanish debconf template translation for masqmail
The changlog entry of 0.2.24-1 read:
masqmail (0.2.24-1) unstable; urgency=low
* New upstream release (Closes: #536060, #389731)
* New Debconf translation: Spanish by Francisco Javier Cuadrado
(Closes: #584864)
* Activated a hack to make group `uucp' trusted (Closes: #409912)
* Using doc-base now

Hence these bugs should have been closed. However, I closed them today
manually.
The Spanish translation (bug #584864) is already present in the
current package -- I checked it.
Thus, open are the bugs:
#591258 [l10n:cs] Updated Czech translation of PO debconf template for package
masqmail 0.2.21-8
#599822 [INTL:da] Danish translation of the debconf templates masqmail
I'd appreciate if you could upload them as NMU, like you intended
already.
To clarify my comment on bug #591258: The translation had been for
0.2.21-8 but it can be used for 0.2.27-1 as well as the templates have
not been altered since then. (AFAIR)
