ok, this is confirmed: you have 4 times the usbhid-ups driver running,
instead of only *1*

please kill all usbhid-ups instances (for example using "killall usbhid-ups"
as root), then launch the only instance you want to see running, using
"upsdrvctl start cyberpower" (still as root).
then check if you syslog is still spammed.
