I believe it is wrong to reassing a bug like this: It might be true that the bug in minitube is _caused_ by a bug in a gstreamer plugin, but such bug is a different one.

The proper approach, I believe, is to create another bugreport, and mark the former as depending on the latter.

With such layered bugs, it helps e.g. release managers drop problematic package from testing based on severity: It might be an RC issue for minitube without being so for that underlying gstreamer plugin.
